Our AV Company Team

Scott Post, Division Manager

Leading our Brand Tech team is Division Manager Scott Post. Before joining Brand Tech in March of 2019, Scott spent 15 years in the commercial security industry. His extensive experience with low-voltage systems and sales gives Scott the expertise required to ensure customers are getting the products and services that they need from Brand Tech. Scott earned an Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue Calumet and is heavily involved in BNI, being a member for 16 years and serving as a Director Consultant for the past 5 years. Outside of work, Scott has 3 adult children and enjoys working with the Hendricks Civic Theatre in various roles, including board member, actor, director, and set builder.

Dave Reef, Electrical Estimator and Project Manager

Brand Tech’s electrical estimator and project manager is Dave Reef. Dave’s educational experience includes graduation from Ivy Tech’s Electrical Technology Program and the Business Cabling Institute. With over 41 years of electrical experience and 25 years of experience in telecommunications, he has the knowledge and expertise to ensure that we accurately estimate our projects and effectively complete those projects on time and budget. Dave has been with Brand for 34 years and regards his co-workers as family. He has been a member of BICSI since 1996.

Scott Ausherman, System Design, Installation and Sales

With over 30 years of experience in the audio visual industry, Scott Ausherman heads up our system design, installation, and sales team. Scott received his Bachelors of Science degree in Electronics from Capital College in Laurel, MD. After working for 17 years at H.P. Electronics in Baltimore, Scott transitioned to Pro Audio/Brand Tech in 2007. His accumulated expertise gives Scott a thorough understanding of the needs and expectations of customers looking to design, install, or upgrade their AV systems. Scott is also a certified Telecor XL, T2 and T3 system installer. When not working, Scott’s hobbies closely resemble his work, including any and all things related to audio and video, audio recording, live sound reinforcement, and vintage stereo equipment. Scott has been married for 30 years and has 2 adult children.
